Repair work completed faster than the body shop said. Work looked good. After work completed, they washed the car (expected that), but they also cleaned the interior of the car (including vacuuming the rear seats and the cargo area and cleaning the windows (nice, didn't expect that). Overall, Golling body shop did and excellent job. AAA recommended a repair shop that I know received some bad reviews. I said "No Way, I want the work done at my car dealers establishment".

I checked the oil dipstick and the oil was above the "flat grid section" at the end of the dipstick. Makes it very hard to see if it was overfilled or not?? Next time I will ask for at least a half quart less oil

Everything was good except my wife was told in order to get her oil changed for free then you have to rotate the tires. She made it very clear that they are our winter tires and please do not touch them. We pick car up and the tires were rotated and now my front winter tire at on the wrong side because they are directional tires and they switched they crossed the rears to the front. Now I have to get it in to move them back. Very frustrating when we told them not to touch the tires.

Polite and courteous team. Identified issues and resolved very efficiently. Found an issue with AOC Line that I was unaware of and addressed! I will be coming back as this is the type and level of service, I have come to expect from Golling! I do question as I have researched the leaking AOC lines at connections, concerning why this is not covered as a Customer Satisfaction Action by General Motors? With only 45,000 miles of usage and all maintenance being performed by Golling, and the fact that this has been identified by NHTSA as an issue with this particular model year why GM is not covering the cost? This is obviously a very serious issue and if the auxiliary oil cooling lines were to fail, resulting in loss of oil and pressure, could lead to serious engine malfunction or failure.

Radio was not working. Service provided me with written explanation of problem from GM with radios (2024 Envision). Was not able to find solution. I leased a car with a radio and I do not expect to spend the next three years driving without a radio. This has been a problem for the last month and the constant loss of radio connection (all functions AM, FM Serrious) while driving and trying to to do a bluetooth connection for just a couple of minutes is not acceptable. Service said that GM is aware of the problem but no indication of when it will be corrected.

Went in for a oil change and received a complete inspection of major mechanical parts on our truck and the tires were rotated. Also had the small door on the back of the steering wheel adjusted so it would stay closed. All at no cost even after the time limit had past for the first service on the new truck. The oil change was done quickly, which I appreciated. However, one of my windshield wipers was coming apart, even though it was marked as "in working order" on the inspection sheet. I went back in to ask about it, and they replaced it under warranty without any hassle. After bringing in our 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation (3VL) 4WD with the 2.7 Liter DOHC Turbo, the tech said he could not duplicate my concern (RPM hanging up between shifting) which is completely wrong. Our 14 year old son was questioning why the motor was still “racing” . The only explanation we received was is was normal and there was no fault codes. There’s something clearly wrong or the tech is not fully describing the engineering behind it.

I made an appointment for 11am for an oil change. When I pulled up to the dealership, there were several cars in front of me in both lanes. I said to the guy behind the counter, I have an appointment at 11:00, am I supposed to wait in this line? He answered with, yes, its first come, first serve. He was very nice and said, we will see if we can get you to the front, if not, we will send it to the back to be done. After waiting a half hour in the waiting room, he came and shared with me they were taking my vehicle to the back to have the oil change completed. The service from the young man was great, which I very much appreciate. The only thing I would say is if you do not honor appointments and its first come first serve, maybe this should not be an option available online. Thank you for your service.

Just wanted to say John & Hudson & your service techs were AWESOME! First, the service crew figured out what the issue/noise was with my vehicle (whereas the clowns at Wally Edgar couldn't figure it out on two previous attempts). And when I picked up my vehicle at around 5:45pm on Monday night, both John & Hudson helped me for 15+ minutes as we tried to figure out how to pull out the plugs on the luggage/roof rails (so I could install the cross bars). And John even got down on his hands & knees in the parking lot to show me how the trailer hitch cover comes off. They could have easily just handed me my keys and sent me on my way, but instead they went ABOVE & BEYOND.

First, I am very disappointed that you are ending the lifetime oil changes. I live in Detroit and one of reasons I purchased my Acadia from you was the oil changes. I guess lifetime doesn't mean lifetime. Second, came in for my oil; change which was completed. Plus, I ordered and had two new rear tires installed. Not sure why I didn't notice the message buy my rear TPMS is not working. So now I have to call, schedule, and drive all the way out to the dealership to have that repaired. For these two reasons I am giving you a 3 on this experience.

Our oil filter was not installed properly or defective so when we left the dealership to drive north 4 hours, 5 quarts of oil leaked out of the truck the entire way. Spraying oil all over the under body and tailgate. This is the least of our concern as we had our small children in the car of the trip and we are lucky that was the only issue at the time.

Not a good experience with my most recent visit for an oil change. Pulled into the bay for an oil change with one car ahead of me and two other vehicles in the other bay. No other cars waiting outside the bays. Gave all the information and go wait in the lounge. 45 min later after watching a couple people come and go I go out to the service area and my truck in is the same spot it was 45 min ago and there is a different car in front of mine and all the cars that were previous there now gone. I was given some excuse about trouble with one of the lifts but that didn't seem to stop all the other vehicles from getting serviced along with the different vehicle now in front of mine. My biggest issue is if there was a problem with the lift couldn't someone have just come to the lounge and said there would be a slight delay? I've usually had good experiences with getting my vehicles serviced here but this one was not a good one.

Oil change and tire rotation.i do have one small complaint. I was told that I should get new tires based on the tread size. I knew I was getting close from the last time. Told me about the sale you’re having on tires and gave me a quote. I guess I’m wondering, why wouldn’t someone come talk to me before they did the rotation? I probably would have said yes to new tires. But instead, you charge be for the rotation and then tell me I need new ones. I don’t know it just left a bad taste in my mouth. It’s not that big of deal it was just weird I guess.

Made appt well in advance and dropped off the night before (10th). Was told no problem getting car back before closing on the 11th. It wasn’t ready until the 12th. I expect to pay more at dealership but I was surprised when the fuel injectors were $255 each when I can get OEM for $150-$165 each. Thats $300 more just in parts. I don’t mind higher labor and expect it. I’ve never shopped service before because I was always satisfied with Golling. I’m thinking that might change.

Left the lug key on passenger seat. When I got my truck back, it was gone. Had to chase it down via the service writer. Techs insisted they did not touch it, however the key was taken out of my truck. Ultimately, they did find and return the key.
